Katana Konnect!

Here's one more of the Katana Konnect!(i seem to have developed a liking for them,i guess) ; ).Also,the answers of previous K.K. have been posted.Do look.

    i can think of two answers to this.....

    1) this guy is the only surviving person to have been on Titanic when it sank.
    and the ship in the picture is titanic

    2)the only surviving person to have fought in world war-1

    the ship in the picture is Lusitania, the sinking of which brought USA into world war-1

    Time to give out the answers then...

    Correct Answers:

    The man in the picture is Frank Buckles Woodruff,the last American War Veteran of World War I.Also,if you look carefully,you would notice him wearing French Legion of Honour,not many get it when they are in their 100's.


    The ship is Titanic.(nothing more required on it..)

    Connect:RMS Carpathia,Woodruff was transported to Europe on Carpathia and the same ship had rescued the survivors of the Titanic.
